Hi,
Can you please let me know if there is a published license agreement that covers use of the Vertica client drivers, specifically JDBC and ODBC?

The documentation for the latest release points to their being an actual installer for the JDBC driver which would have contained the EULA for the client, but the downloads page only seems to provide a direct download link to a .jar file without the accompanying license agreement.
https://www.vertica.com/docs/9.1.x/HTML/index.htm#Authoring/ConnectingToVertica/InstallingDrivers/Windows/InstallingTheJDBCDriverOnWindows.htm?Highlight=client license agreements

Thanks,
Ed

Hi Ed,
Yes, you are right. Therefore, I have created a JIRA - http://jira.verticacorp.com:8080/jira/browse/VER-64323

Thanks,
Jawahar.

Thanks Jawahar. Could you possibly provide me or point me to a copy of the license agreement that should have been included? I need to provide to my colleague here in my office.

It should be similar to the old EULA that was in the 4.1 client installer: http://vdev.verticacorp.com/kits/releases/4.1.19/clients/vertica_client_drivers_4.1.19_64.exe

I am not internal to Vertica, so I need an publicly accessible copy of the most recent version if possible.
