MC Installation Issue

I am trying to install MC on Redhat. After the initial installation is over I get the "start OK" message and on accessing the webui page and I go through accepting the license it goes through the 4th step and I get the "Waiting to reconnect" message. Immediately it loops and starts from the beginning and then I get the following message "MC master phrase already captured". I am not sure what is going on. Has anyone encountered this. Any help would be much appreacite.

    What's the rpm version used for the MC installation?
    can you check the mc log and it can be find on /opt/vconsole/log

    @merito, did you try restarting MC at the command line and check.

    Thanks for the responses. I was able to resolve the issue. It was a Group creation issue.

    There were permission issues in creating the VERTICADBA group. Hence the installer was going into a loop and the error was occurring after the first iteration. I uninstalled the MC and created the group manually and then installed everything was OK.
