How can I check the memory being used by my tables and overall db. Also want to check if I am reaching memory limit allocated to me and how I am being charged.

+1It depends, are you referring to space consumed on the cluster - meaning after encoding, compressions and buddy projections - or space counted toward the license?
For the first one you can check in the storage_containers relation, for the second one you can run the AUDIT command.
