I need to Integrate apache kafka with vertica, I'm not able to find the vertica kafka connector in the vertica downloads.

Vertica server includes a supported Kafka connector. Please see the documentation for setup and usage: https://docs.vertica.com/23.4.x/en/kafka-integration/
