Any idea how to solve the following?
We have an important customer with their production cluster down
after an upgrade to 9.2.1-3
When they try to bring up the DB they get:
PANIC License is tampered grace_period not equal value 0
LOCATION: doCatalogStartupTasks, /data/qb_workspaces/jenkins2/ReleaseBuilds/Grader/REL-9_2_1-x_grader/build/vertica/Catalog/CatalogHooks.cpp:3165

This problem is addressed by VER-68192 - upgrade to 9.2.0 from 8.1.1 is wiping out the grace period (when running upgrade logic). Database wont start on upgrade.
