It mentions Parquet Component 2.3. Is that referring to the Parquet version or section of the license?
Also, looks like the latest version of Parquet is 2.4 which was released on 2017-10-22.
+2To all those interested... I had a client ask which version of Parquet do we support.
Per the awesome assistance of the Vertica team, I was able to put together this reply for the client:
"As of Vertica 9, we can read parquet-mr version 1.8.0 and parquet-cpp version 1.3.0. The Vertica Parquet writer uses parquet-cpp version 1.0.0, but has important bug fixes applied."
