Hi all,
How can I reset the password for the Vertica dbadmin user, having root access to the cluster?
The old solutions do not seem to work since they involve setting authentication records in admintools and the new versions of Vertica ignore these.

+2I believe the only way to change a forgotten dbadmin password is to edit the catalog manually.
I see. How could that be done?
