RedHat Support User Login?

The doc page here:

Has a link to "How do I upgrade from Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7?" that goes to RedHat support and requires a user login for current customers and partners.

Do we (MF) have a login? I need to get the info on that support page to a customer.
