Can the S3 connector bundled with the AWS AMI be used on-Prem? Client wants to connect onPrem Machines with S3 and is working on Direct Connect options with AWS.

I think the connector is bundled with the RPM, you just need to follow the instructions from https://my.vertica.com/docs/8.1.x/HTML/index.htm#Authoring/AdministratorsGuide/BulkLoadCOPY/AWSLibrary/configuringVerticaAWSLibrary.htm
