Session level MEMORYCAP and TERMSPACECAP

Questions from a customer, not clear in docs, around session level limits. They are running Eon mode on AWS. ALTER SESSION TEMPSPACECAP ... appears to them to only limit to RAM, though they have TEMP storage location set to a valid path on all nodes. Also, MEMORYCAP says it limits to a percentage of Resource Manager, which implies all RAM, but they want to know if resource pool settings should override this, and if so, how if the percentage computed.
