I have a huge number of query events: SMALL_MERGE_REPLACED
is this related to MERGE command or MERGE JOIN or sth else?
What could be the remediation action - rewriting query? projection redesign? any hints are welcome.

Is this sth what we could optimize, number of events is aprox 1M.

To my understanding it's an informational event (meaning that Vertica has chosen a more efficient way to access the data by replacing a merge) so it's not an addressable issue, not sure if that's something that can be optimized.
