Currently the latest version of vertica is 9.3.x on Red hat 7.x- 7.6 . Any plan when Vertica will be available on red hat 8.x . Also when Vertica 10.x release is planned and on version of RHEL ?

Vertica server will be supported on RHEL 8.x but you will want to wait on upgrading the OS for the Management Console.
Vertica 10.x is expected to be available for download in early May, 2020.
