Vertica upgrade path from 10.x to latest

1) Can customer directly upgrade from 12.x to latest ( 25.3) ?

2) Upgrade paths 10.x -->> 10.1.x --> 11.0.x --> 11.1.x --> 12.0.4-x --> 23.3.x  -->> 25.3.x . Can customer skip the version numbers listed in Red ? 

1) Yes.. from 12.0.4, you can skip upgrade path.. you can go directly from 12.x to 25.4 which is latest.
2) No.. till 12.0.4, you cannot skip upgrade path.
