What counts as a general resource pool query?

We have a set of users and resource pools set up and have a script running to sample metrics to send to graphite.

 

We noticed that the general pool has queries under it. I understand that pools borrow from the general pool and each of our users are assigned to their own pool. Nothing is explicitly set to the general resource pool.

 

Are these internal queries? Are these queries that borrow from general counted as general queries?

    Hi Jim,

    You might want to take a look at the following system tables:

     

    RESOURCE_ACQUISITIONS. This will give you information about what queries are running on what pools.

    QUERY_REQUESTS. This will give you information about the histroy of all user queries.

    SYSTEM_SESSIONS. Here you'll find the history of all system sessions.

    USER_SESSIONS. Here you'll find the history for all user initiated sessions.
