Hi team,
Our customer had some ELT jobs failing during node recovery. They need us to list all operations that can blocked during node recovery as it is not very clear in doucmentation. Does anyone have an exhaustive list please?
I've done some research, this is what I've found:
- any swap/move or copy table operation might fail (error table X has not been recovered) but there is a jira so this might be possible in the future
- INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE/MERGE work
- How about DDL operations on existing objects?
