Currently we are using Micro Focus COBOL on windows. I have the following query on migration from 32 bit COBOL to 64 bit COBOL . What are the necessary changes I have to do from Micro Focus end? I was not sure where to start as well. Please guide the same.

You don't mention which actual COBOL product you are running, but assuming it is Visual COBOL you could start by looking at the section in the documentation here
There are Code Analysis Tools available within the IDE's that can scan your programs and report problem areas when moving to 64-bit. Look at the documentation section here:
