Communication type Tcp Socket

Hi, 

I have a new challenge for which I ask again for your help.

I have to develop an interface via tcp and for that I need to send an information package and receive feedback information.

I have documentation from the vendor that I send in this post.

Do you happen to have an example of this call being made by another programming language? 

I don't, in this case I only have the documentation that I sent.

They were supposed to send me an example but as they are taking a long time I'm trying to move forward even without the example.

Hi Chris,

In the meantime the manufacturer finally sent me the demo program and 
I managed to convert it and it's already working.
