Hi,

We're a very small company that has an app used by a few local school districts that we *think* was last built with Micro Focus Visual COBOL for Visual Studio 2013 that needs a small change to extend some calendars and then be recompiled.  The app runs on Windows.  However, the developer's health/memory ( who built and maintained the app for the last 35 years) has deteriorated such that he is no longer able to do so.  He's only able to tell us that he used Visual Studio 2013 to edit the source and ran some command via the Windows Command prompt to compile it.  He last compiled it in 2022.

So, needless to say, we could use home help.  And, of course, we need this done in the next couple of weeks.  We know very little about Cobol (though I am a .NET web developer).  Ideally, someone here would be willing to do some freelance work to compile the app for us.  If we can't find someone to help, then we'd need some pointers on where to start and try to do it ourselves using VS Code .  

Any help would be very much appreciated!
