Hello!

Can you please provide some more detail on exactly what you mean by “when the batch is executed”? How are you starting your program and is this running standalone or under Enterprise Server?

Thanks

We are executing a JCL calling a CBOL module in Enterprise server. We keep the class 2, as the server 2 is tagged with debug enable. In Enterprise Developer, its correctly captured in Debug session pointing server 2 . I want the same to be captured in the VS Code session. How it can be achived?

Since this is the Visual COBOL forum, and you are using Enterprise Developer and the VSCode Enterprise extension, your question would be better answered in the Enterprise forum. Rocket® Enterprise Suite | Connect. Explore. Innovate

Have you followed the instructions in the VSCode Enterprise extension documentation? There are a couple sections on configuring the product for debugging in Enterprise Server. Enterprise Server Support

Thanks Chris, i will post in the enterprise forum. I have followed the VSCode Enterprise extension documentation setting up the launch.json file. But the debug session is not captured in the VS Code.
