Every week i need to get a new PE license, prev one says been used

And this after creating so many programs in cobol to test MF VC, and messing with all the options and settings to get it where i wanted. So if i enter the brand new auth code i get this Remote request error - The authorization code has exhausted the activation count. or if i enter the one from this week or last week, same error, not sure why, just installed MF once this week. So anyways only solution i see, is uninstall MF completely, try to reinstall and try with a fourth license, since the 3rd one i already tried 3 times, so now too it will have exhausted activation count. Its sad since if i download a trial of SQL, VS Professional, or DB2, i never ever got a license issue, unless the time expired, after a year or so. Unfortunately i will need to uninstall MF completely lose all my settings, download a copy with a new license and try again. I will say this, after really wasting weeks on figuring out MF VC it is well worth it over anything else out there, for the PC, like GNUCobol, which if i use for heavy duty programs in Cobol, get weird results and errors, using exactly  the same code in MF VC. A shame had planned on eventually getting VC to connect with MS SQL, DB and CICS, but i guess that will need to wait a bit. And i guess will just need to get used to the bugs as they come along. Unless someone has a clue.

Ok so what happens is, i like to watch 2 my programs in sometimes 2 windows, just like i open maybe a couple of windows of sql at the same time. So in VC if you have it open, and you open it again, it will ask for the auth code, then when you enter it, thats the 2nd time you used it. And VC editor will not open, so now you try to open VC later and it says enter code, and then when you do you are done, it will say this code been used. So lesson learned, be careful. Now after unistalling mf again and reinstalling, getting a new license, must have clicked the auth twice by accident, and already it says, Remote request error - The authorization code has exhausted the activation count. So this security here is very sensitive, a lot more by many counts, than sql, or oracle, or visual studio for that matter, where issues like this never exists, unless you are past the trial period. Will have to go lightly next time, and watch my step with VC, otherwise you are talking hours to reset everything, download, install this that etc.
