Since I have a full license for Visual COBOL SOA Visual Studio(PA), this same license is good for all versions of Visual COBOL....correct?

Your Visual COBOL license is valid for most recent versions of Visual COBOL. Since this is a Visual COBOL for Visual Studio license, it applies only to that product. Please note that under the terms of the OpenText (Micro Focus is now part of OpenText) End User License Agreement, you are only allowed to install a single Visual COBOL License onto a single machine.

It is not clear to me if you have a license for VCVS2022 for Windows, if the same license is valid for Visual COBOL for Eclipse (Eclipse IDE).

The Visual COBOL for Visual Studio and Visual COBOL for Eclipse products each have their own licenses and they are not interchangable.
