How can customer download a specific hotfix for Visual COBOL externally?

Dear All,

I'm writing this letter in order to enquiry about how to download a specific hotfix (i.e. HF4) for Visual COBOl for Eclipse externally. I only see a batch update file via supportline as follow:

I would be most appreciative of any informaion you could give me in this regard.

Hotfixes are not available on our standard Supportline Product Updates web site.

Please contact your local Supportline office and make the request for a hotfix.

We will then set you up with an ftp link so that you can download the required hotfix.
