Knowledge Doc: New intrinsic date functions missing from the Intellisense suggestion list

The new intrinsic functions TEST-DATE-YYYYMMDD and TEST-DAY-YYYYDDD introduced in Visual COBOL 7.0 are missing from the Intellisense list when typing the keyword FUNCTION.
