License expired - VCPE

My license has expired for VC PE with message:

"The following error occurred during the authorization process

MG0012: Wrong product."

I'm using Visual Studio 2017 Community Edition. How do I renew my VC license?

You cannot renew a license for Visual COBOL PE. It expires every year and then you need to download the latest product version and license it again.
