License unavailable for visual cobol personal edition

I am trying to get another trial version of Visual Cobol PE and when filling out the request receive an error of Error: Server was unable to process request. ---> The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized. ---> The logon attempt failed

I fill out the application requesting the 1 year trial as seen below.

I press the Try now button and it says it is saving.  Then, I receive the following error message.

I have been trying off and on since Thursday, 4/21.  I even had a student that has never applied try and he receives the same message.

I appreciate any help you provide!!!
