I installed VC3.0 for Visual Studio 2017 PE free for 1 year.
When I create a project it says there is no license. I ask for a license, automatic via the web, but it says my e-mail isn't registered.
When I try to register my e-mail it sends me to a website http://www.microfocus.com/p-visual-cobol-pe and that's it... It stays waiting for a response from >MicroFocus.
After more than an hour I gave up...
