Problem:

In previous releases of Visual Cobol 2.1 update 1 the contents of the Link with OBJS field is duplicated when you move away from the COBOL LINK tab.

Resolution:

You will need to upgrade to the latest version of Visual COBOL so that there is no duplication created for the Link with objs field.
