I don't know if it's just me but I find it very difficult to read the messages in the Net Express and Visual COBOL forums. Is there a possibility that a darker colour could be used? Probably difficult if black is standard but maybe use a bold version?

Thanks

I do not know of a way to change the color in the forum itself. You might want to click on the Community Guide link at the top of the page and ask your question under Feedback and Suggestions so that the Community Team can see it...

OK Chris, I'll try that.

I logged in and sent confirmation message but there is no way to open a new thread i.e. no 'New' button showing :-(

When I clicked on the Home tab in that section a New button appeared.

Chris, when I click on Home I have to login. When I've done that and try to move to Discussions the 'New' button disappears. Never mind. I'll live with the current situation.

@Chris, I agree with @PaoloR.  This lowest level detail font is too small and does not have enough contrast with the background.  Severe eye-strain!  And there is no NEW button in the Feedback and Suggestions area for me as a Visual COBOL user.

hi PaoloR  did you try posting your suggestion here?

https://community.microfocus.com/welcome_to_the_community/f/community-feedback-suggestions

I will add it to our to-do list to see if we can make the font bolder

Yes - see earlier message: "Chris, when I click on Home I have to login. When I've done that and try to move to Discussions the 'New' button disappears. Never mind. I'll live with the current situation."

Hi PaoloR We have made the feedback and suggestions group open so you can post content there.  We have also bumped up the fonts so let me know if reading content in the Net Express and Visual COBOL forums is better now.

Well, you've certainly increased the size of the font on the message headers, but I don't see (:-)) any difference in the actual message bodies

Can you grab a screenshot and post it here as I am unsure where the message body is that still has no notable difference?  Would you be referring to the actual editor font size when composing a post or reply?

I have screenshots of headers and bodies. Not sure how to post attachment.

when you click reply, on the editor you can select "insert" and then select "image/video/file". next click on "upload" on the next window to upload your file.

When  I try to insert c:\\users\\paulr\\desktop\\screenshot01.png I get "The file or URL is not allowed to be inserted"

Hi PaoloR

You should also be able to copy that image in question and then paste it into the editor field with a CTRL+V (paste).

Also I have fixed the main (body) font color to black as mentioned in the other post.  Hopefully this will help without doing a larger project to redo our fonts and colors sitewide.

Thanks. I copied the images as you suggest. See my post in the Suggestions forum.
