Older attachments from the forum and/or other locations will not download

The following article:

has an attachment which will not download.  When I click on the download link, I get the following message:

Any idea when this link will be corrected? I still can't download the Native Tutorial.zip

The community admins are still looking into this, but in the meantime you might want to look at this video that should give you relatively the same explanations.
