Older attachments from the forum and/or other locations will not download

The following article:

/cobol/visualcobol/w/wikiid-120/34260/visual-cobol-for-visual-studio---solutions-projects-and-the-cobol-call-statement---native

has an attachment which will not download.  When I click on the download link, I get the following message:

The community admins are still looking into this, but in the meantime you might want to look at this video that should give you relatively the same explanations.

I have fixed the link by reattaching the original pdf file to the article.
