[Solved] MG00006: Unable to authorize the request - License Authentication Problem

Hello, My name Lucas Campos I'm student at Fatec in Brazil and I've some problem with authentication license, I already tried used automatic and manual but both have problem "MG00006: Unable to authorize the request", I try send the email too, but nothing. What did I do wrong ?

    Which product are you trying to license? If this is a Visual COBOL Personal Edition product for either Visual Studio or Eclipse then please send me an email to chris.glazier@microfocus.com and I will send to you an authorization code.
