While executing COBOL CICS programs with Oracle DB, SQLCODE is populated as

0402456575 instead of -1001 and 2063925248 for 1403.

Which CICS product are you using? This is the Visual COBOL forum and Visual COBOL does not support CICS programs, directly.

Is this using Oracles' Pro*COBOL or the Oracle ODBC driver or other?
How is SQLCODE defined?
Are other SQLCODE values being returned correctly?
