Support Tip: JSON GENERATE with when-phrase

Suppression of JSON elements.
IBM COBOL 6.3 introduced generic suppression to the JSON GENERATE statement.
Visual COBOL 8.0 has introduced the generic suppression functionality also.
For older versions of Visual COBOL, you can use an application called jq to suppress empty elements.
