I just (6/4/26) download Visual COBOL for Eclipse Personal Edition Windows 11.0.zip
The C:\ProgramData\Micro Focus\CommuterLicFile.xml file is empty.
License Administration cannot gener license.
Anyone can help with generating trail license? How?
