I want to apply the latest updates fpr VC2015. I have already install the 3.0 and patch 1 . Do i have to install patch 2 first an patch 3 afterwards or install patch 3 only?

The same question for Cobol Server too. Can i install patch 3 directly?

You can install patch update 3 directly as all patch updates are cumulative so patch update 3 includes patch update 2.
