Is there some way we could get a copy of the VC 2.3 Release Notes (including Resolved Issues, New Features, etc.) PRIOR to downloading the entire VC 2.3 ??? ... for planning purposes and as an appetizer...  :-)

    Yes, the Release Notes can be found in the on-line Product Documentation section. You can get there by clicking the Product Documentation link on the right side of this page and then selecting Micro Focus Developer-->Visual COBOL and then 2.3.
