Was this issue perhaps after upgrading to a newer product version? You mentioned Visual COBOL for Eclipse 6.0; was the workspace you are using from a prior product, and if so, which prior version?

Next, to learn more about the problem, could you upload the error log file(s) mentioned in the error message? Log files are created in the .metadata directory, under the Workspace location. Please zip up the .log file, and any file with .log as an extension (such as .bak_0.log) and attach the .zip file here.

Also, please let me know the date and time (roughly) when the TSUIN0126 error occurred.

Finally, can you share some detailed product version information? Under Eclipse > Help > Micro Focus > Product Information, this may appear similar to this example:
