Visual COBOL for Eclipse Personal Edition

Good Morning.

I am trying to download Visual COBOL for Eclipse Personal Edition - Windows and I get the following error message\\nError: Server was unable to process request. ---> Error calling a server task.

We are in the process of updating the Visual COBOL PE products to the latest product version which is 8.0. The Visual COBOL 8.0 PE version for Visual Studio is now available for download.

The versions for Eclipse for Windows and Ubuntu will be available within the next couple of weeks.

I wanted to let you know that the link you mentioned in your most recent update:

is working for me - I've just tested it using the Chrome browser. Our apologies if it was not working when you tried it.

However, the latest update I have is that only the Visual Studio version of Visual COBOL Personal Edition 8.0 is currently available - the Eclipse version is not yet available. Please let us know which platform (Eclipse for Windows or Ubuntu) you are looking for, and I'll check to see if there's any further information about availability.

Actually I mean the link is working but just redirecting to Visual Studio version of Visual COBOL.

Concerning the version I would like to have access is Windows.

Also I would like to ask you if it is possible to make the previous version 7 of Visual COBOL for Eclipse Personal Edition available while version 8 is in preparation? I think it will be the best option. Once the version 8 is released, the download link just can be replaced. What you think about it?
