Could you please provide a valid procedure to get the Visual COBOL for Eclipse Personal Edition with the corresponding License?

I've noticed a second website migration to rocketsoftware.com (the firs one was to opentext).

Now the only page talking about Visual COBOL for Eclipse Personal Edition is this one: https://www.rocketsoftware.com/products/cobol/visual-cobol-personal-edition

But there is no any download/license request form link...

P.S.    Actually I would like to say that people need a simple and quick access to the Personal Edition products. I really suggest to prioritize this subject and setup a simple way to get Personal Edition licenses and software. This will help to existing followers of your products that like be up to date about new versions but also will be much more attractive for new people. Thanks.

The Visual COBOL PE website (and all of our other websites!) are in a transition period as they are moved to Rocket Software. 
The VCPE product downloads are not currently available during this period, but we are working on it.

I also need to download Visual COBOL. As an individual (non-company/non-corporate) user, I would much prefer the free Personal Edition, but I am also WILLING to pay as a subscriber if that's what is required. I even tried going through your cobol-training program in hopes that it would supply a link, but it also requires that VC be installed before beginning training. ...and still no download link. 

Please prioritize.  and Please let me know once a download is available. (Even if you don't have a download link ready for publication to your web site, I'd be eager to have you email me access link/credentials to download and use VC.

The Visual COBOL Personal Edition is not a free product version as it cannot be used for the development of applications that will run in production. It is a free version for educational purposes only. 

If you wish to get an evaluation copy of a full version of the product you will need to contact your local Sales office.

There is a free Community version of Visual COBOL available which is installed when you install the Learn COBOL extension into Visual Studio Code. Please see Learn COBOL - Visual Studio Marketplace
