I tried to activate Visual CObol PE under Visual studio 2017 and i received this messages

I tried antoher time (with a second download) and my strudents too but nobody can't activate the licence.
Can you give me some hint.

Thank you for the answer, finally I found why I could not activate the licence.
It was because our network don't gave the good DNS....
