we are using Visual Studios 2015

I need Visual COBOL Personal Edition 2.3 with update 2 for class but only seem to find a download for 2017 

can someone please help

The Visual Cobol Personal Editions, do not get the updates that the full product receives.

When new full releases of the Visual Cobol product are released then shortly after a new Personal Edition is made available.
