Can someone tell me if R3 and 2010 are the same when referring to the documentation?

I'm reading on some of the Library for Visual Cobol 2010 and is this R3 or what?

What is R4? Is R4 Visual Cobol 2011?

Visual COBOL 2010 has had 4 releases to date.
These are numbered R1 through R4, with R4 being the current product release.

COBOL Runtime 2010 is the production runtime environment for applications developed using Visual COBOL 2010.
This is a different product.

Visual COBOL is the development environment with compiler and IDE and COBOL Runtime 2010 is the deployment environment for applications developed with Visual COBOL.
