I've recently added a MAC to my collection and found a VS 2017 for MAC download.  Has anyone used this or is familiar with using a MAC with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Cobol PE.  Is it the same Cobol download for the MAC as the one for Windows?  Need to know if it will function the same as my Windows versions.

Unfortunately, the Visual Cobol for Visual Studio doesn't work in the Visual Studio for Mac. The Visual Studio for Mac is just a repackaged version of Xamarin for Mac. I would love a Visual Cobol that ran on the Mac.

So I can't create my Windows environment on the MAC the same as Windows, I'm very disappointed.
