I would like to create a website in which our clients can download bank statements going as far back as a year. I know that Visual COBOL has a ‘Web Application Development’ capabilities. Can anyone please provide resources (demos, video tutorials etc.) and how to go about in undertaking this project?  Thanks, in advance.

    Hello Alex Castro,

     

    The Visual COBOL products provide a large collection of sample programs and demonstration applications, including Web Applications. On Windows systems, a Samples application is available from the Start Menu, under Visual COBOL. Within that application, there is a Web sub-category with many different examples.

     

    Another great resource is the Visual COBOL product documentation, which includes information about developing Web Applications. Please see this link for more information. There is also a tutorial about developing Web applications, which you can find here.
