Windows 11 is being tested in the Windows Insider program by users. I tried to download a Visual COBOL student trial but it wouldn't download. It was probably because I was running Windows 11.

Visual Studio 2019 and Visual Cobol 6 is running on Windows 11, Visual Cobol 7.0 wíll come soon and i hope that Visual Studio 2021 will be running!

You might want to review Microsoft's roadmap for Visual Studio, VS2019 is still the current most recent GA product.
Visual Studio 2022 is still in preview mode.

Visual COBOL personal edition is working for me in Windows 11 but the download wouldn't work so I had to download it on a Windows 10 machine Zip it and move it to the Windows 11 machine, unzip it and install it along with Visual Studio 2019.
