Last night at 11 PM, while jobs were running in Zena for the Enterprise Data Warehouse, we encountered an error. Zena, the scheduler, communicates via an agent on the data warehouse server. The job error we received was: "Native launch services disconnected. Job status unknown."

I found a case (#KB306811) related to this error, but the solution provided wasn't very helpful. Has anyone else experienced this error and found a more relevant solution?

The error seemed temporary since the jobs ran fine after a restart. However, the logs have been overwritten since last night.

Hi Mende, I'm sorry this happened but I'm glad to  hear the problem was resolved with a restart. I spoke to support and they advised me if this happens again please open a ticket with support and if there's associated logs with the problem, please include that as well.
