always #undefine your #for index

As this bug http://unifaceinfo.com/fixes/issuelist/31236.php reads, ALWAYS undefine your #for index may prevent compiler desasters Especially if you use these #for not only in the UFORM and UX..., but in the modeled parts UC... as well; as you are not aware what piles up if all the snippets are put together for the compilation.
