Disappearing $procerrors

There used to be 2 useful $procerror -1113 & -1122

These let you know you'd made a mess of a call or activate and got the params wrong.

Now these no longer kick in.

Trying to call a proc with the wrong arguments should be an error.

What did I miss ?
