I cannot log in to Uniface Support Desk just now.
When I clicked 'Log In' button, I got the message 'We're Sorry... Unexpected error when handling authentication request to identity provider'.
Is there anyone else who had the same issue?

It is fixed now. Service Desk can be accessed and used again.
