Code hinting doesn't work in Patch 10.3.02.016

There is no Documentation about it at Uniface at all!!!

It seems that an automatic script that updates the patch and issue information on uniface.info has failed. The colleagues in the lab are working on this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The problem has been solved now and the info for patch 10.3.02.017 and issue 32005 is up-to-date now,
