I get the following error when attempting to enter an entitlement ID:
“The friendly name provided is already associated with the fingerprint of another machine. Resolution: provide a different friendly name that is unique to this machine, or return the license on the other machine, and then retry activating this entitlement.”
However I cannot change the friendly name nor can I return the licence as do to a windows reinstall.
Can anyone help?
